VA Disability Examinations
Black Tie Health™ is providing VA disability examinations for service members and veterans of the U.S. armed forces. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) are responsible for making benefits determinations. Once your claim is filed, you may be contacted by our office to schedule your disability examination.
How to Schedule
VA disability examinations are typically scheduled by the physician who will be conducting the exam. If you have been contacted by our office and wish to be scheduled, please call or send a text message to 404-490-3391 or use the form on the appointment page.
If you have not been contacted by our office, please first ensure that you have submitted a claim with the VA. There are a number of physicians that provide VA disability examinations. Please make sure that you have not been contacted by a different doctor from a different office.
How to Prepare
If you've already been contacted by our office, please be sure to have the following when you arrive to your appointment:

Any new medical records for those who have already submitted a claim for disability benefits. Only bring those documents that have not been submitted to the Veterans Benefits Administration.
